Every stage of assembly is subjected to a strict quality-control program, and here the test-pilot is tasked with inspecting the bolts which attach the phone-box to the quad. Beside the larger holes used previously to suspend the cabin with circular tubes, there are kitchen-cabinet brackets for which we already have holes lined up in the drone.
The 6 x 75mm bolts are fastened from beneath each bracket and secured by nylocs, but do back them off a half-turn to leave them loose or targeting the rotorhead can be tricky... we're not trying to dock with the international space station here.
Your life and Monty's will be hanging by these threads, and as he says, "If those bolts fail, it's my cock on the block, even though I've not got one." Don't worry too that the nylocs leave a small gap between box and drone, as this will prove useful later when we need wiggle-space for wiring.
