This is my rivet-pattern of choice, commencing with the middle rivets and followed by the corner rivets. The latter are very close to the 6mm bolts, which can be removed to an extent to facilitate. Failure to do so or to avoid as shown here results in a sheared drill-bit, which will require decided inventiveness during pandemic lock-downs. Been there, believe me.
